Obama said that one of the first things he will do as president is Sign the Freedom of Choice Act (which would remove all restriction on Abortion). He believes when he is president that he will be able to appoint at least one Supreme Court Justice, which will likely overturn Roe Vs. Wade, allowing abortions at anytime.
